These Terms describe the rules for using Krelen and its connected marketplace features.
Agreement and operator
Krelen is operated by شركة رقم يوتا لأعمال التحليل والبرمجيات | RAQAM YOTTA, a limited liability company in Egypt, located in New Cairo, Egypt. Commercial Registration: 216298. Tax Registration: 756257832. These Terms govern access to and use of Krelen.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to act for the business using Krelen. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, controlling user access, and activity performed through your account.
The service
Krelen provides software for operational workflows that may include sales, orders, inventory, purchasing, accounting, reporting, and connected marketplace features. Features may change as the service develops.
Marketplace integrations
You may connect supported third-party marketplace accounts when you have authority to do so. Your use of a marketplace remains subject to that marketplace's terms, policies, roles, and technical limits. Krelen is not endorsed or certified by a marketplace unless expressly stated with current evidence.
Authorization and permissions
You direct which supported accounts to connect and which available permissions to grant. You may revoke access through the marketplace or request disconnection in Krelen. Some features will stop working after access is revoked.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass security controls, access data without authority, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, scrape protected interfaces, or use Krelen in violation of law or third-party rights.
Customer data
You retain your rights in data you submit or authorize Krelen to process. You grant Krelen the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and secure the service.
Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the permitted relationship. Specific enterprise security or data-processing commitments apply only when agreed in writing.
Fees and payment
Paid subscriptions are for companies only. Company name, Commercial Registration and Tax Registration are required before paid activation and invoicing; address is optional. Published subscription, add-on and overage prices include 14% VAT. Payment and subscription activation require verification. Invoices are prepared manually after verified payment; preparation is not invoice issuance. Manual payment is currently unavailable; do not transfer money.
Cancellation and refunds
There is no automatic monthly refund after the paid period starts. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected or refunded after verification. Cancellation at period end preserves access through the paid period. Upgrades take effect immediately using the existing proration. Unused add-ons are not automatically partially refunded. Retry is allowed only after confirmation that no charge occurred; an uncertain payment outcome requires review before another payment. Enterprise terms follow the signed agreement. Exceptions require manual Krelen review.
Availability and changes
Krelen may perform maintenance, address security risks, change features, or discontinue functionality. We aim to communicate material changes when practical, but no uptime commitment applies unless stated in a separate written agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, misuse, non-payment under an applicable agreement, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to retention obligations and any agreed commercial terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided under the warranties and liability limits permitted by applicable law and any signed agreement.
