Privacy Policy

Publication draft. Version and effective date are set at release.
This policy explains how Krelen handles information when people use the service or connect marketplace accounts, including integrations that may use Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
Information we collect
We may collect account and profile information, authentication records, workspace settings, support communications, and technical records needed to operate and secure Krelen.
Connected marketplace accounts
When you choose to connect a marketplace, Krelen may receive account identifiers, marketplace identifiers, connection status, and other data made available under the permissions you grant.
OAuth authorization
A marketplace's authorization service handles sign-in and consent. Krelen receives the authorization result and associates it with the correct Krelen account. We do not ask you to give us your marketplace password.
Tokens and credentials
Access tokens and refresh tokens are processed on trusted server-side systems with access limited to authorized services. They are not exposed to browser-side JavaScript. We do not request marketplace passwords.
Marketplace operational data
Depending on the integration and granted roles, Krelen may process order, inventory, listing, pricing, shipment, and financial or accounting information. Krelen does not claim access to buyer PII or restricted data unless separately approved, documented, and authorized.
Purposes of processing
We process information to provide requested features, synchronize authorized marketplace operations, maintain records, protect accounts, troubleshoot failures, support users, and meet applicable compliance obligations.
Data storage and security
We use access controls, server-side credential handling and audit records. Payment receipt images are stored privately for authorized payment review. No security control can eliminate every risk.
Service providers and subprocessors
Krelen uses Supabase for database, authentication and private storage, Vercel for application hosting, and Zoho for the public contact inbox. Day-1 marketplace scope is Noon, Jumia and CSV/XLSX imports. Amazon is not available at launch. Contact info@krelen.com for processing questions.
Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain required business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting an account does not automatically delete its history. Contact info@krelen.com about retention or deletion requests; requests require identity verification and review of applicable obligations.
Disconnecting an account
You may request disconnection of a marketplace account. Disconnection stops new authorized access after revocation takes effect, but does not automatically delete records that must be retained for legitimate operational, accounting, security, or legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable law.
